Q: My dog is ill. What should I do?

To heal your pet, either you use medicine (which costs you bones) or refill all character values by giving him food & water, washing him and increasing his happiness to maximum.

Q: Why do I have a red question mark instead of my picture in my profile?
Presumably, it is a bug of the game. Even if you keep putting a pic, no one will see the pic: it will be replaced by a red question mark.

Q: My pet can't interact with other pets. Why?
Your pet needs to be level 10 before he can interact. Besides, if you don't have the paid version of the game, you are limited to the "hello interaction" icon (yellow ones) and can't grow friendship.
Note 1: interact costs 3 energy points.
Note 2: if one character value of your dog is empty, he can't do any interactions.

Q: Where is the Sport Field?

Get outside your house, in the street. Then, click on the black and white flag icon on the top right corner. You need the paid version of the game to go to the Sport Field and be level 15.

Q: How many dogs can I have in my house?
Two.

Q: How can I get my second dog?
You have two choices: either you adopt one from a neighbour or you breed to give birth to your own puppies.

Q: I want to adopt a puppy but I can't. Why?

To adopt a puppy you need to have an adoption number. Adoption numbers can be given by people who gave birth to puppies after breeding. 

Note 1: you can only adopt a puppy from a generation 2 breeding, not main dogs which are generation 1.
Note 2: if you have already two dogs in your house, you can't adopt one more.

Q: Do I need the paid version of the game to adopt a puppy?

No.

Q: I want to breed but I can't. Why?

You need to find a partner with a dog of the opposite gender. Then, you must have your dogs married (to be "loved one") and be level 25.
Note 1: one of the two partners at least must have the full version to reach the "loved one" level of friendship.
Note 2: for the pregnancy act, you need at least 10 energy points left.

Q: Can I get 3 dogs ?
The only case you can have 3 pets in your house is when you give birth to a 3rd puppy. However, after 3 days, one of your pets will be taken away by the town council.

Q: I don't want people to take my coins. What should I do?

You can first write to them in their guestbook to stop collecting your coins. If it keeps going, you can decrease friendship level to "enemy", the only status which prevent your neighbours from searching for your coins. As a last resort, if your remove people from yout friendlist, they won't be able to take your coins.

Q: How can I get purple balloons, roses, flowers...?

These items are only available when people send gifts to you.

Q: How can I get bones?
You can earn bones by finishing some main quests or by opening treasure box. Treasure box can be opened once per day for logging in. You can also use real money to buy bones.

Q: This guide is not complete, why?

This guide isn't an official one. I'm building it with knowledge I gather while playing this game. Besides, as I'm quite advanced in the game, I might not be able to provide you information or pictures of the beginning things of the game.
